Street Feeding Project in Akwa Douala

To usher in the new year with compassion and community spirit, a food security outreach was carried out on January 5th, 2025, in Akwa Douala. The initiative aimed to share the joy of the festive season and mark a beautiful beginning to the year by reaching out to those most in need—individuals living on the streets.

A team of dedicated volunteers came together to prepare and distribute freshly cooked meals, ultimately feeding 100 people. The food was carefully packed and shared with warmth and kindness, creating moments of connection and dignity for recipients who often go unnoticed. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude, smiles, and a shared sense of humanity.

This project not only addressed immediate hunger but also served as a reminder of the power of small acts of kindness to uplift lives. It was a meaningful start to the year, reinforcing the values of empathy, inclusion, and community care.
